Step-by-step: resetting your password
If you’ve forgotten your password or are having trouble logging in, follow these steps:
- Go to the Honey login page:
https://app.trialbee.com - Click the “Reset password” link on the homepage below the login form.
- Enter the email address associated with your Honey account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from
hello@app.trialbee.com
. - Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Password requirements
When creating a new password, make sure it meets Honey's security standards:
- At least 10 characters long
- Includes one uppercase, one lowercase, and one number
- Avoid common or easily guessed passwords like “Password123”

Still can’t log in?
If you’ve reset your password but still can’t access your account:
- Make sure you're entering the correct email address
- Confirm the password meets all required criteria
- Clear your browser cache or try using an incognito/private window
