What’s the URL for Honey?

You can access the Honey platform here: app.trialbee.com

How do I get access?

Access to Honey is invitation-based. You must be invited by your study administrator or Trialbee contact.

Here’s how the process works:

1. You receive an email invitation from hello@app.trialbee.com
2. Click the activation link in the email
3. Verify your email using a one-time code
4. Set a secure password
5. Complete MFA (if required for your study)
6. Log in at app.trialbee.com

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Some studies require MFA during login. Depending on your configuration, you may be asked to authenticate using:

• A code sent by email or SMS
• An authentication app (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator)

You’ll be guided through the MFA setup during your first login if it’s enabled.

Forgot your login info?

If you’ve already been invited but can't access your account:
