Follow the instructions below for your email provider.
Still not receiving emails after these steps? Contact us at support@trialbee.com
Gmail (Google Mail)
- Click the gear icon in Gmail and choose “See all settings.”
- Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
- Click “Create a new filter.”
- In the “From” field, type:
@trialbee.com
- Click “Create filter.”
- Check the box next to “Never send it to Spam.”
- Click “Create filter” to finish.
Outlook (Office 365 / web version)
- Click the gear icon, then select “View all Outlook settings.”
- Choose Mail > Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click “Add.”
- Enter:
@trialbee.com
- Click “Save.”
Yahoo Mail
- Log in and click the Settings icon, then choose “More Settings.”
- Go to the Filters section and click “Add new filters.”
- Name your filter (e.g., “Trialbee”)
- Set the filter to apply to emails from:
@trialbee.com
- Choose to deliver emails to Inbox
- Click Save.
AOL Mail
- Log in to your AOL Mail account.
- Go to Contacts from the left-hand menu.
- Click “New Contact.”
- In the email field, add:
@trialbee.com
- Click “Add Contact.”
Still Not Receiving Emails?
If you've followed the steps above and still don't see Trialbee emails:
- Double-check your spam/junk folder
- Add both
@trialbee.com
and any study-specific sender email addresses (if applicable) - Contact support@trialbee.com so we can investigate or update your contact details if needed
