Purpose: Explain the available Honey login URLs, how to access your account, and what to do if you experience login issues.

How to log in
You can access Honey online. Some studies require data to be stored in different places, so please use the URL that makes sense for your study:
- Standard login: https://app.trialbee.com
- US datacenter: https://us.app.trialbee.com
Enter your email address and password, then click Sign in.
If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot password? link on the login page. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the password reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, contact support.
Good to know: Your may have access on both URLs if you work with us on more than one study. If you're unable to log in at one URL, try the other.
Troubleshoot login issues
1. Check your credentials
Make sure you're entering the correct email address and password. Watch for typos and extra spaces.
2. Reset your password
Click the Forgot password? link on the login page. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the password reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, contact support.
3. Try the alternative login URL
If you're unable to log in at https://app.trialbee.com, try https://us.app.trialbee.com instead.
4. Clear your browser cache
Try logging in from a different browser or device. If that works, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
5. Check your account activation
If you receive a "Username not found" error, your account may not be activated yet. Check your email for an activation link. If you can't find it, contact your Study Manager to verify that your account has been created and activated.
