Start Here: How to Use the Honey Platform

Purpose: Provide a quick starting point for new users by directing them to the most relevant guides based on their role.



What is Honey?

Honey is Trialbee’s patient recruitment platform used to manage and track candidates for clinical trials.

Depending on your role, you may use Honey to:

  • Review candidate referrals
  • Contact potential participants
  • Monitor recruitment performance
  • Manage study settings and users

Choose Your Role

I am a Site User

Site users review candidate referrals, contact potential participants, and update their progress in the study.

Start here:

  1. New referral notification (email)
  2. Select the workspace, study, and referral
  3. Review the referral 
  4. Contact the referral 
  5. Update the referral

I am a Phone Assessment User

Phone assessment users conduct secondary screening calls before referring candidates to sites.

Start here:

  1. New candidate notification (email) [P-A] 
  2. Select the workspace, study, and candidate [P-A]

  4. Contact the candidate [P-A] 
  5. Update the candidate [P-A]
