Why can’t I log in to Honey?

Purpose: Help users quickly identify and resolve common login issues.

Common login issues

If you’re having trouble accessing Honey, it’s usually due to one of the following:

  • Incorrect email or password
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issues
  • Account lockout after multiple failed attempts
  • Expired or inactive account invitation

Use the sections below to find your issue and resolve it quickly.

 

Forgot your password

If you don’t remember your password:

  1. Go to the Honey login page
  2. Click “Reset password”
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Follow the instructions in the email

Make sure your new password meets the required criteria.

 

Not receiving your login code (MFA)

If you’re not receiving your MFA code:

  • Wait 1–2 minutes (codes may be delayed)
  • Check your spam/junk folder (for email codes)
  • Confirm your email/phone number is correct
  • Avoid requesting multiple codes too quickly

If the issue continues, contact support.

 

Account locked

If you enter incorrect login details multiple times:

  • Your account will be locked for 15 minutes
  • Wait and try again with the correct credentials

This is a security measure to protect your account.

 

Invitation expired or not activated

If you were invited but can’t log in:

  • Invitation links expire after 30 days
  • You may need a new invitation

Contact your study administrator or Trialbee Support to resend it.

 

Still can’t log in?

If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t access your account:

  • Submit a ticket via the Help button
  • Or email support@trialbee.com

Include:

  • Your email address
  • The issue you’re experiencing
  • Any screenshots or error messages
