Do account invitations expire?

Yes. Account invitation links expire 30 days after they are generated. This is a security measure to protect user accounts and platform access.

What happens if my invitation link expires?

If your invitation link has expired:

• Contact Trialbee Support
• A new invitation will be generated and sent to you

Expired links cannot be reactivated. A new invite must be issued.
