What changed?
The Candidate Progress layout has been updated to make candidate milestones and recent activity easier to review.
Updates include:
- A refreshed Candidate Progress layout
- A clearer, more structured activity log
- Comments are now labeled Notes
- A more streamlined note entry experience
The goal is faster, clearer candidate tracking without changing your workflow.
What didn’t change?
This is an update to the look of Candidate progress and the name change from Comments to Notes only.
The following remain unchanged:
- No data was removed or modified
- No candidate history was lost
- No workflow requirements changed
- No reporting outputs were impacted
- No integrations were affected
All previously entered Comments (now called Notes) remain available.
Where do I add a Note?
To add a Note in the new layout:
- Open a candidate profile
- Locate the black action bar at the bottom of the screen
- Select Note
- Type the note you want to add
- Click the arrow to save the note
Notes function exactly as Comments did previously, only the label and layout have changed.
Tip: To pin a note to the top of the screen, click the 3 vertical dots next to the note and select Pin.
How do I switch back to the old view?
If you prefer the previous (legacy) layout:
- Open a candidate profile
- Make sure you have the Candidate progress tab open
- Locate the Activity log toggle (at the bottom right corner of the activities)
- Select Activity log to see the old version, and select Overview to see the new one
