What are the different ways to contact a patient?

You have 6 different ways to contact patients from Honey as outlined below.


First, you'll need to open the Honey Platform's "candidate assessment" area, click one of the candidates on the list, then select "call options" in black at the bottom of your screen.

Browser call
Use your computer microphone to call the patient
Once you have selected a patient, click "Call options", and select "Browser"
Yes, we will know that you called & how long the call lasted

Proxy call
Use a generic number & a unique code to reach the patient
Once you have selected a patient, click "Call options", and select "Proxy"

Phone

Video call
Use your computer's camera & microphone to have a virtual meeting
Once you have selected a patient, click "Call options", and select "Video"

Manual call
Dial the patient's number directly from your physical phone
Once you have selected a patient, click "Call options", and select "Manual"
Yes, we will know that you revealed the phone number

Send email messages to the patient and receive responses
Once you have selected a patient, open the "Messages" tab, and select "Email"
