If you're looking for guidance on how to use the Honey platform, you have a few helpful resources available right where you work. 


TABLE OF CONTENTS


Help Widget (in-platform)

The fastest way to find help articles is through the Help icon (found in the top right-hand corner of your screen when logged into Honey).


Here’s how:

  • Click the Help button
  • Use the Search box to type keywords like “referrals,” “browser calling,” or “site activation”
  • Articles will appear directly in the widget for quick, in-context answers

Tip: Typing the word help will return a list of all available support articles.


Product Tour (interactive walkthroughs)

If you prefer hands-on learning, Honey includes built-in Product Tours (interactive tutorials) that guide you step-by-step through common tasks.


How to access:

  • Look for the product tour button (found in the top right-hand corner of your screen when logged into Honey)
  • Select the task or concept you want to know more about
  • You’ll be guided with on-screen highlights, tooltips, and instructions
  • These are role-specific and show the most common tasks


Support Portal (full article library)

For full access to the entire knowledge base:

  • Visit the Trialbee Support Portal:
    https://support.trialbee.com
  • Use the Search bar or browse by category (e.g., Sites, Sponsors, Program Information)
  • View your support tickets, submit new ones, or read FAQs
