If you enter an incorrect username or password five times in a row, your account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes as a security precaution.
What to do if you're locked out:
- Wait 15 minutes, then try logging in again with the correct credentials.
- If you’re unsure of your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page to reset it.
