Does my account expire?
No. Your Honey site user account does not expire. You will continue to have access to the platform unless your access is removed by your organization or Trialbee Support.
What happens when a study ends?
When recruitment support for a study ends:
- The study will typically remain visible for a limited time
- Access to inactive studies is usually removed approximately 60 days after recruitment support ends
This helps ensure only active studies remain visible in your account.
Why was a study removed from my account?
If you no longer see a study, it may be because:
- Recruitment support has ended
- The 60-day access window has passed
- Your access permissions were updated
If you believe you should still have access, please contact Support.
Still need help?
Submit a ticket at https://support.trialbee.com or email support@trialbee.com
Include:
- Your email address
- The study name
- A brief explanation of your request
