Can I change my email address myself?
No. Email address changes must be handled by Trialbee Support. Users cannot update their login email directly within Honey.
How do I request an email change?
To request an email update:
- Email support@trialbee.com
- Use the subject line:
“Email Change Request – Honey Account”
What information should I include?
Please include:
- Your current email address
- Your new email address
- The study name (if applicable)
- Your organization/site name
This helps Support process your request quickly and securely.
