What should I do if I encounter errors during setup?

Didn’t receive invitation in email: Please make sure to check spam/junk/other for an email from hello@app.trialbee.com.

 

Can’t add phone number: Make sure you are following international formatting, as an example, a US phone number would be +15555555555 and a UK phone number would be +445555555555.

 

Can’t add email address: Emails must contain an email prefix and email domain, such as: example@mail.com. There should be no spaces before or after the address.


My password isn’t accepted: Ensure that your password is meeting the following requirements: (1) at least 10 characters in length, (2) includes at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number, (3) does not include commonly used words which would be easily guessed.
