Browser calling not only saves time but also improves your response rates by using a consistent, recognized caller ID across all site calls.

Before you begin
- Confirm permission is granted for your microphone and speakers.
- Use a supported browser (we recommend Google Chrome).
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
To make a browser call
- Click Call options.
- Select Browser.
- Test your microphone and sound (optional).
- Click Start call.
- Move the floating call icon as needed to see your full screen.
- Click End call to disconnect.

Browser calls help connect faster and more often because candidates recognize the study’s caller ID. Each call is tracked automatically for compliance and performance reporting.
