What's a browser call?

Browser calling, also known as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), lets you make calls directly from Honey using your computer and internet connection. No physical phone or app required.

How it works

  1. In the candidate’s Assessment area, click Call options.
  2. Select Browser.
  3. Honey uses your internet connection and microphone/speakers to place the call.
  4. Call attempts, duration, and timestamps are logged automatically in the candidate’s history.

  • Calls are automatically logged in Honey for tracking
  • Fully secure and compliant with study data handling
  • Uses a consistent, trusted caller ID so candidates recognize and answer more often
