When you place a browser-based call in Honey, the patient will receive a regular phone call on their mobile or landline. The call will appear with the caller ID number assigned to your region, so the patient can recognize or answer the call as it is managed by Trialbee.
Important: This number is outbound only. Patients will not be able to return the call. If a follow-up is needed, you’ll need to reach out to them again directly through the Honey platform.
