What are Trialbee’s support hours?
Our Support Team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, during the following hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CET (Central European Time)
During these hours, we actively monitor incoming tickets, respond to platform-related questions, and assist with troubleshooting issues across the Honey platform.
Need help outside these hours?
If you submit a request outside our regular hours, no problem, we’ll review it as soon as we’re back online the next business day.
You can always:
- Use the Help button in the Honey platform
- Visit our Support Portal to browse articles or submit a ticket
- Email us directly at support@trialbee.com
We recommend including as much detail as possible in your request so we can resolve it quickly when we respond.
