Signing up to Trialbee’s Freshdesk support portal

The Trialbee Support Portal (powered by Freshdesk) gives you access to:

  • All help articles
  • Your submitted tickets
  • Responses and updates from the Product Support Team


Here’s how to find what you need and track your requests.

View all help articles

To browse the full knowledge base:

  1. Open the Support Portal or the in-app Help Widget
  2. In the search bar, type:
    help
  3. This will return a list of all available articles for your user role and study access.

You can also search by keyword, such as “MFA,” “referrals,” or “browser calling.”

After you submit a ticket

When you submit a support request for the first time:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email from Trialbee Support.
  • This email includes a URL link to your ticket in the Freshdesk Support Portal.


Clicking the link will open the ticket in your browser.


Creating or logging into your support account

To track your tickets or submit additional requests:

  1. Click the ticket link in your confirmation email
  2. You’ll be taken to the Trialbee Support Portal
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • Sign up with us (create a Freshdesk account with your email)
    • Continue with Google or Facebook (to use your existing credentials)


Once logged in, you’ll be able to:

  • View your open and past tickets
  • Respond to support messages
  • Submit new issues
  • Browse articles and FAQs


Trouble logging in?

If you’ve signed up but can’t log in to your Support Portal account:


This will alert our team to verify and activate your account manually.
