Audience: Sponsor Admins, Sponsor & CRO Users, Phone Assessment Users
Purpose: Explain where each role can view site status within Honey.

Sponsor Admins
Sponsor Admins can view site status in three locations:
1. Settings > Sites
- Go to Settings > Sites.
- The Status column displays the current status for each site in the study. You can also update site status directly from this page.
2. Insights > My candidates & sites
- Open a study and go to Insights > My candidates & sites.
- In the Candidates per site chart, a color-coded indicator appears next to each site name. Hover over the indicator to view the site's current status.
3. Candidates > Candidate table
- Go to Candidates > Candidate table.
- Select Edit columns and add the Site status column to display the current status of each candidate's assigned site.
Sponsor & CRO Users
Sponsor & CRO Users can view site status in two locations:
1. Insights > My candidates & sites
- Open a study and go to Insights > My candidates & sites.
- Hover over the color-coded indicator next to a site name in the Candidates per site chart to view the site's current status.
2. Candidates > Candidate table
- Go to Candidates > Candidate table.
- Select Edit columns and add the Site status column to display the current status of each candidate's assigned site.
Phone Assessment Users
When viewing a candidate with an assigned site, select the site name to open the site details panel.
The site's current status is displayed in the Site status field.
Good to know: Only sites with a status of Campaign active or Campaign paused are available when assigning a candidate to a site.
