Common login issues
If you’re having trouble accessing Honey, it’s usually due to one of the following:
- Incorrect email or password
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issues
- Account lockout after multiple failed attempts
- Expired or inactive account invitation
Use the sections below to find your issue and resolve it quickly.
Forgot your password
If you don’t remember your password:
- Go to the Honey login page
- Click “Reset password”
- Enter your email address
- Follow the instructions in the email
Make sure your new password meets the required criteria.
Not receiving your login code (MFA)
If you’re not receiving your MFA code:
- Wait 1–2 minutes (codes may be delayed)
- Check your spam/junk folder (for email codes)
- Confirm your email/phone number is correct
- Avoid requesting multiple codes too quickly
If the issue continues, contact support.
Account locked
If you enter incorrect login details multiple times:
- Your account will be locked for 15 minutes
- Wait and try again with the correct credentials
This is a security measure to protect your account.
Invitation expired or not activated
If you were invited but can’t log in:
- Invitation links expire after 30 days
- You may need a new invitation
Contact your study administrator or Trialbee Support to resend it.
Still can’t log in?
If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t access your account:
- Submit a ticket via the Help button
- Or email support@trialbee.com
Include:
- Your email address
- The issue you’re experiencing
- Any screenshots or error messages
