Phone Assessment User
YesCandidatesThis role is for nurses who contact candidates before they are referred to sites. They can enter candidates’ responses to the Secondary Assessment, add comments, evaluate responses, confirm eligibility, and change site assignments. 
ReferrerNoCandidates, Insights This role is for recruitment partners, like Patient Advocacy Groups, to follow up on candidates from their campaigns without accessing sensitive information. Users with this role can only view de-identified candidate information tracked to their referrer. 
Site InvestigatorYesCandidatesThis role has the same level of access as a Site User, but identifies the person as the Site Investigator of the site for the study.
Site UserYesCandidates This access is for all site users (including PIs) requiring access to Honey. Site staff can view candidates' personal data and contact details, contact them, update statuses, and enroll or disqualify candidates referred to their site. 
Sponsor AdminNoCandidates, Insights, Study SettingsAn extended version of the Sponsor User role with additional access to the Study Settings area of Honey. It allows adding/editing self-assessments, automated messages, etc.
Sponsor UserNoCandidates, Insights
This role is for Sponsor representatives who track candidates' recruitment funnel progress but cannot view personal data. They can see the allocated candidate numbers and status. Appropriate for CRAs or sponsor level users who have no need to configure Honey but may need visibility into multiple sites.
Trialbee AnalystNoCandidates, InsightsThis  role is for the Trialbee digital marketing team or similar teams needing data access without editing permissions.
Trialbee Study ManagerYesCandidates, Insights, Study SettingsThis access is granted to Trialbee PMs and PCs to monitor candidates throughout the recruitment process, from the Phone Assessment stage to randomization. It includes access to personal data, recruitment status, and the closest site for candidate allocation.
