The following definitions provide clarity on the statuses used within the Honey Platform. Familiarity with these terms will help streamline communication and improve accuracy when managing tasks.
Active statuses are typically positive in nature including pending and enrolled candidates. See below for each status's definition. |
Below are "active" statuses applicable during the call center questionnaire
In phone assessment - New: The candidate has passed the online self-assessment and is waiting for contact by the call center. The agent has not viewed or contacted the candidate yet.
In phone assessment - Viewed: The candidate has passed the online self-assessment and is waiting for contact by the call center. The agent has viewed the candidate but is yet to contacted them.
In phone assessment - Contacted: The candidate has passed the online self-assessment and has been contacted by the call center at least once.
Below are "active" statuses applicable before the candidate consented
In site assessment - New: The candidate has passed the Trialbee assessments and is waiting for contact by the site. The site has not viewed or contacted the candidate yet.
In site assessment - Viewed: The candidate has passed the Trialbee assessments and is waiting for contact by the site. The site has viewed the candidate but is yet to contacted them.
In site assessment - Contacted: The candidate has passed the Trialbee assessments and has been contacted by the site at least once.
In site assessment - Visit scheduled: The candidate has passed the Trialbee assessments, has been contacted by the site, and has a visit scheduled at the site.
Below are "active" statuses applicable to after the candidate consented
Consented - Pending screening: The candidate has been successfully consented by the site (they have signed their ICF), but they have not entered the screening period yet.
Consented - Screening started: The candidate has been successfully consented by the site (they have signed their ICF) and they have entered the screening period.
Enrolled: The candidate passed the screening period and has become a subject in the trial.
Inactive statuses are typically negative in nature including disqualified and removed. See below for each status's definition. |
Below are "inactive" statuses applicable during the online self-assessment
Self-assessment dropout: The candidate started the online self-assessment but either clicked "close" or the application timed out.
DQ- Self-assessment: The candidate completed the online self-assessment but did not pass the questionnaire.
Below are "inactive" statuses applicable during the call center questionnaire
DQ - Phone assessment - Ineligible: The candidate passed the online self-assessment and was contacted by the call center, but did not pass the phone questionnaire.
DQ - Phone assessment - Not interested: The candidate passed the online self-assessment and was contacted by the call center but decided against participating in the study.
DQ - Phone assessment - Unresponsive: The candidate passed the online self-assessment but never answered the call center's calls or messages.
DQ - Phone assessment - No nearby site: The candidate passed the online self-assessment and was contacted by the call center (and may have passed the questionnaire), but there was no site nearby that they were willing to travel to.
DQ - Phone assessment - Other: The candidate was disqualified for any reason other than those listed above.
Below are "inactive" statuses applicable before the candidate consented
DQ - Site assessment - Ineligible: The candidate passed the Trialbee assessments but was found to be ineligible by the site prior to signing the ICF.
DQ - Site assessment - Not interested: The candidate passed the Trialbee assessments but decided against participating in the study.
DQ - Site assessment - Unresponsive: The candidate passed the Trialbee assessments but never answered the site's calls or messages.
DQ - Site assessment - No nearby site: The candidate passed the Trialbee assessments but decided the site was not convenient for them.
DQ - Site assessment - Other: The candidate passed the Trialbee assessments but was disqualified for any reason other than those listed above.
Below are "inactive" statuses applicable after the candidate consented
DQ - Screen fail - Screen failure: The candidate passed Trialbee & site assessments, signed their ICF to participate in the study, but did not pass the screening period.
DQ - Screen fail - Not interested: The candidate passed Trialbee & site assessments, signed their ICF to participate in the study decided against participating in the study.
DQ - Screen fail - Unresponsive: The candidate passed Trialbee & site assessments, signed their ICF to participate in the study but then became unable to contact.
DQ - Screen fail - No nearby site: The candidate passed Trialbee & site assessments, signed their ICF to participate in the study but then decided the site was not convenient.
DQ - Screen fail - Other: The candidate passed Trialbee & site assessments, signed their ICF to participate in the study but was disqualified for any reason other than those listed above.
Below are "inactive" statuses applicable after the candidate enrolled
DQ - Enrolled: The candidate passed all assessments and enrolled into the study but then decided to withdraw or became unable to contact.
Below are "inactive" statuses applicable at any time during a program
Transferred: The candidate has moved from the program to a study, or one study to another. This can be done at any step of assessment.
Below are "inactive" statuses applicable at any time during a study or program
Anonymized: The candidate requested their information to be removed from the Honey Platform.
Removed: The candidate was a test or a duplicate.
