Sponsors, CROs and Trialbee will be looking forward to your candidate updates. There are a few ways to share updates including status changes, reminders, tags, and comments.

Statuses
In the Honey Platform, there are statuses showing progression which are available after clicking the candidate and shown on the "candidate progress" tab. If you click one accidentally, you can re-click it to undo.
Tags
Each study can have unique tags based on the process. These are helpful when a candidate is "in-between" statuses, such as awaiting call 1 complete or callback requested. These tags can be removed and added at your leisure, and there's no limit to the number that you can add at a time.
Reminders
There is also a reminder option on the black oval bar at the bottom of the screen after selecting a candidate. This reminder should be added when you plan to make a call in the future to the candidate.
Comments
Add comments to help us understand your progress with the candidate, remember conversations, and/or let other pre-screening staff know what's been happening so far.
Disqualification
At the bottom of the screen there is a black oval bar with a red button. Select the red "disqualify" button should be selected any time a candidate is no longer going to be pursued, examples include ineligibility, unresponsive, and no longer interested.
