Selecting a site - programs versus studies [P-A]

After you've completed pre-screening, and the candidate seems pre-qualified, you will need to discuss and select a location with the candidate. This is a different process in programs and studies.

Program site list & selection

Program site assignment can only take place after the candidate is deemed pre-qualified for one or more of the studies.

After selecting, reaching, and pre-screening a candidate a list of sites will appear if the candidate is eligible based on their responses.

Select the location that the candidate approves of, finish your call, and click "Transfer to site".

Study site list & selection

Site discussion and selection can take place at any time on a study.

After selecting a candidate, click the "site" at the top and you will see a listing of available sites in order of distance to the candidate's ZIP/postal code.

If you need to change the site assignment, remember to click "Change site".
