The overview tab provides you with data about how the recruitment funnel and sites are performing. The data displayed is for the sites you have permissions for. Contact support@trialbee.com if you think you should have access different/more sites.
Below, you can find information about each area on this page:
A: Candidates in process
By default, the chart shows the current number of candidates in each candidate status.
If a time range filter has been applied, it shows the number of candidates at the last day of the selected time range. The data will also reflect the sites selected in the site filter.
The chart can be clicked to show each of the candidates in the corresponding status.
B: Days in process
The days in enrollment chart shows how many days it takes to process a candidate, for each candidate status.
If a time range filter has been applied, it shows how long it took to process a candidate during the selected time range. The data will also reflect the sites selected in the site filter.
The chart can be clicked to show the timing for each site to process candidates.
C: Site performance score
The site performance shows which sites are performing as expected and which are not. The score is based on how quickly the site is responding to new candidates and how quickly they are processing candidates.
Click "See all sites" to show all sites in a single table.
Each site can be clicked to show the site details and breakdown of their performance.
D: Overview chart
The overview chart shows how the total number of candidates that passed each of the listed steps has changed during the study, or during the selected time range.
E: Total candidates
The quantities here represent the total number of candidates that have passed through each of the listed steps of the recruitment funnel. These numbers:
- reflect the progress as of today's date, or the last day of the selected time range if you have applied a time range filter and
- show the progress for all selected sites, or specific ones if you have applied a site filter.
F: Candidate status per referrer
If your study is setup to include multiple referral sources (vendors) you can find their funnels here. You can click each of the categories to see the candidate
