This screen provides data on the conversion rates of each step of your recruitment funnel, and insight into why each step performs like it does. Below you can read what each section of this page means.
A: Total candidates
The funnel chart shows the conversion for each step of the funnel. The very first step includes candidates that have not yet selected a site, which means that they appear regardless of site filtering or site permissions.
Note: this may create the impression of a poor conversion rate in the first step. We're currently working on improving this solution.
B: Self-assessment outcome
The first doughnut shows the outcome of the online self-assessment. The colored slice represents the candidates that converted to the next step of the funnel.
Hover each step to see a description.
Click any slice of the chart to see how that segment responded to the self-assessment. Click the center of the doughnut to see all responses.

C: Call center outcome
The second doughnut shows the outcome of the phone assessment. The colored slice represents the candidates that converted to the next step of the funnel.

D: Pre-consent site screening
The third doughnut shows the outcome of the site pre-screening. The colored slice represents the candidates that converted to the next step of the funnel.
We currently don't have any drill-downs for site screening data.
E: Post-consent site screening
The fourth doughnut shows the outcome of the site screening. The colored slice represents the candidates that converted to the next step of the funnel.
We currently don't have any drill-downs for site screening data.
F: Candidates per site
This chart shows a recruitment funnel per site. The list is sorted by the number of inbound candidates (currently pending phone assessment for the corresponding site).
