TABLE OF CONTENTS
Status colors
In locations where site status is displayed as a color indicator, each color represents one or more site statuses.
| Color indicator | Status(es) |
|---|---|
| Green | Campaign active |
| Yellow | Campaign paused |
| Blue | Enrollment ready |
| Gray | Draft, Pending opt-in, Opted-in, Opted-out, Inactive |
Good to know: Gray is used for all statuses where a site is not yet active or is no longer active. If you need to view the specific status of a gray site:
Sponsor Admins can go to Settings > Sites and review the Status column.
Sponsor Admins and Sponsor & CRO Users can hover over the color indicator in Insights > My candidates & sites to view the status label.
Where the color indicator appears
The site status color indicator appears in Insights > My candidates & sites.
In the Candidates per site chart, a color-coded indicator is displayed next to each site name. Hover over the indicator to view the site's status label.
