If your candidate (referral) list appears empty, there are a few common explanations.
The study has not generated referrals yet.
If recruitment has recently started, it’s possible that:
- No referrals have been generated yet
- Recruitment outreach is still ramping up
In this case, no candidates will appear until referrals are created and visible based on your role.
If you’re unsure whether recruitment is live, contact your study team or Trialbee Support.
Candidates are in a different status
Your current view may be filtered to show only specific candidate categories (for example, In Phone Assessment or In Site Assessment).
Check:
- Whether filters are applied
- Whether you are viewing the correct status category
Adjusting your filters may reveal additional candidates.
The study is complete
If recruitment support for the study has ended:
- The study may no longer receive new referrals
- Access may be removed approximately 60 days after recruitment support ends
If the study has concluded, your candidate list may remain empty because no new referrals are being generated.
