What is a program?
In Honey, a program allows sponsors and CROs to group multiple studies or cohorts under a single recruitment effort. This may include:
Multiple cohorts within a single protocol
Separate studies in the same therapeutic area
As a site user, you may be participating in one or more of these studies within the program—often without needing to change anything in your day-to-day use of Honey.
What the site experience looks like
Feature | What You See as a Site User |
---|---|
Single login | You access all your assigned program studies using the same Honey account |
Referrals by study | Each referral is located within the appropriate study or cohort name |
Standard workflow | The way you review, contact, and update referrals stays consistent |
No study assignment required | Study assignment is handled before the referral reaches you, either automatically by the platform or by Trialbee’s phone assessment team |
Important notes
You don’t need to decide which study a patient should go into, that’s already done before the referral is sent to your site.
If your site is participating in more than one study in the same program, you may receive referrals for multiple cohorts or protocols. Be sure to review all studies when reviewing eligibility.
Referral volume may vary based on how studies within the program are prioritized by geography, timelines, or patient matching.
Why it’s helpful for you
Fewer logins and less toggling between systems
Consistent interface and workflow across related studies
Easy-to-understand areas for each study
No change to how you contact or update candidates
