If your Honey subscription is set to expire, or if you're unsure of your renewal status, follow the guidance below based on your role.
If you manage the contract
If you’re responsible for managing your organization’s agreement with Trialbee (e.g., Sponsor Admin, procurement lead, or contract owner):
- Email: support@trialbee.com
- Or use the Help button in the Honey platform and select “Contact Us”
Please include:
- Your organization name
- The study name(s) (if applicable)
- Any preferences for renewal term, scope, or updates
Once your request is received, the Trialbee team will follow up with details and documentation to proceed with the renewal.
If you don't manage the contract
If you're a site user, CRO team member, or study lead but don’t manage the contract directly:
- Reach out to the person or team at your organization who owns the contract (e.g., study sponsor, legal/procurement contact, or your Trialbee lead).
- Let them know you’re checking on the subscription status and suggest contacting Trialbee directly if needed.
If you’re unsure who manages the contract, your internal study manager or primary Trialbee contact can often point you in the right direction.
What happens if a subscription expires?
- Access to Honey may be temporarily disabled
- Site users may stop receiving referral notifications
- Study data remains secure, but new activity may be paused
Renewal will restore full access immediately once confirmed.
